19 | 52 - Window Light

Window light is one of my favorite kinds of light, but it's so hard to accomplish here in the bat cave.  Our windows are fairly high and narrow.  And we only have one set of double windows  in the whole house.   But I do get some nice indirect evening light in through my bedroom window, so I rounded up the kids for some practice for this week's MCP theme.  It's been a while since I've gotten Brooks to sit still for a portrait, so I'll feature him today.  The only way I could get him to sit still is if I also took a picture of him with Alexandria, Aubrey's doll.  This kid loves dolls, dressing up, and tea parties.  I guess that's the way it goes for boys with big sisters!   He is slowly beginning to outgrow it, so I happily agreed to this picture so some day we can torture him with it! This week I'm grateful for my little man.
